Quick Cake Batter Popcorn

  • 10 cups popped popcorn


  1. Set aside your popped popcorn in an hour extra large bowl. 

  2. Chop up your white chocolate bark. Place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue microwaving for 20 second intervals, stirring in-between until completely melted.

  3. Stir cake batter into melted white bark.

  4. Use a spatula or your hands (easiest way) to evenly coat the popcorn in the white bark mixture.

  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.
